Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time from your Creator Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active at your current tier level until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

2. Refund Requests

We want you to be fully satisfied with videography.lk. If you accidentally upgraded or wish to request a refund for a billing cycle, you must contact our customer support within **7 days** of the transaction date.

Refund requests made after the 7-day period will not be eligible for processing.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are credited back to the original card used during payment processing via **OnePay.lk**.

Please note that it may take **5 to 10 business days** for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
