1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and videography.lk, concerning your access to and use of our website. By registering an account, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

2. Subscription Plan and Gigs Limits

Videography.lk offers various subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Professional, Agency) with varying limits on public project listings (Gigs).

• **Free Tier**: Limited to 1 published project.
• **Starter Tier**: Limited to 5 published projects. ($1.00 USD/month)
• **Professional Tier**: Limited to 20 published projects. ($3.00 USD/month)
• **Agency Tier**: Limited to 100 published projects. ($10.00 USD/month)

3. Recurring Billing and Payments

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize videography.lk to charge your tokenized card on a recurring monthly basis via **OnePay.lk** payment gateway.

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless you cancel your plan from the dashboard. Failing to renew or payment failures will trigger plan downgrades and deactivation of excess projects.

4. Content Guidelines

Creators are solely responsible for the portfolios and video embeds uploaded to their profiles. Content must not violate any copyright laws, intellectual property rights, or local regulatory laws of Sri Lanka.
